How do I update my App?
Android: Log into the play store on your device. Search for “Budgerigar App”. Tap on the Update button. You will see the app updating.
Apple: Log into the App Store on your phone. Search for “Budgerigar App”. Tap on the Update button. You will see the app updating.
What do I do when I get the message: Your subscription has expired. Please re-subscribe to continue using the app?
Android: Tap on play store on your phone. Pick the 3 bar menu. Choose “Subscriptions” tap Budgerigar App. Tap Cancel subscription. Pick a reason and complete the cancellation. Open Budgerigar app again and subscribe again. You will not be double billed or loose your free month. This issue has been resolved in the latest update. Please update your app as explained above.
What do I do when I get the message: You have already subscribed to this item?

Where do I find my Breeder Code during registration?
Breeder code may be called Ring Code in some countries. If you do not have a number that you use to enter shows, leave it blank and a number will be generated for you. You can view your number under “My Profile” in the app 3 bar menu.
I have an Apple phone: Does Budgerigar App work on iOS?
Yes it does! Log into the store and you will be able to find it. Please make sure you update to the latest version.
Is Budgerigar App available in other languages than English?
Currently the app is only available in English. Later versions may offer more languages.
